These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Voicifier mobile app and website. By downloading, accessing, or using Voicifier, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Voicifier provides voice-powered communication tools, including:

• Text-to-Speech playback, including voice cloning
• AI Dubbing for translating audio and video into other languages
• Speech-to-Text transcription, including saving and SRT export
• Live Voice Translation for conversations, meetings, and conferences

Account Registration

To use certain features of Voicifier, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

When using Voicifier, you agree to comply with the following:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect any usage limits associated with your plan
• Keep your account credentials secure

Prohibited Activities

• Use Voicifier for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to abuse, harm, or disrupt the app or its services
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the app's source code
• Resell or redistribute access to Voicifier without authorization
• Generate content that is hateful, violent, or discriminatory
• Scrape or collect data from the app without permission

Subscription and Payment

Some features of Voicifier may require an in-app purchase or subscription, billed through Google Play or the Apple App Store.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed according to the plan you choose through Google Play or the App Store. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or by the respective store's refund policy.

Refunds

Refund requests for in-app purchases are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store according to their respective policies.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time through your Google Play or App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Voicifier belong to NeviTech.

NeviTech Ownership

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Voicifier app, website, and underlying technology.

Your Data

You retain ownership of the voice recordings, text, and other content you provide to Voicifier. We will not use your data to train our models without your explicit consent.

Service Availability

We strive to keep Voicifier reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the app or its services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voicifier and NeviTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voicifier and NeviTech from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Voicifier after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
